They had an election weekend sale of 30% off so I thought that it'd be the perfect opportunity to try the site out, as I'd been wanted to order from them for such a long time !
First of all, let me say that the customer service is amazing and the lady who owns the site is extremely sweet. Though the site was having some problems from Hurricane Sandy, my order still arrived within a couple weeks. The actual shipping time was about three days ! Awesome(:
The shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 which many of us who shop online know is a great deal, because shipping is usually anywhere from $6-20!!
My pigments arrived in perfect condition and I can't wait to try them out!!!
